Buyers pay for any required shipping fee's, (coggins, health cert, brand inspection) and responsible for transport.
A 20%NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will hold the foal till weaned. Payments are also accepted on any horse for sale, horses are sold as is, no guarantees, but are all sold honestly, (picture requests and questions welcomed).
* Barn fee's start (on any foal with deposit) 1 week after foal is WEANED.

This mare was my first mini mare that I bought. Unfortunatley she isn't papered. She has been a wonderful brood mare. Now its time for her to retire and just be pampered. She has earned it. She is 19 years old and has foundered in the past due to a sudden change in feeding. She is feeling well and doing great! She has had small special needs children ride her in the past. I don't want her bred anymore since she didn't seem to feel that great during her pregnancy but gave birth to a beautiful healthy filly. She deserves to just enjoy life and be a pet......that being said, both my stallions got out when she was in heat and its possible she is bred again...dang it. I WILL be very picky about the home she goes to.
